INTRODUCTION
Iskandar Waterfront City Berhad (‘IWCity’) [19680100066 (8256-A)]. IWCITY was incorporated on 31 December 1968. IWCity is an investment holding company and its subsidiaries are mainly involved in property development, property land-banking and construction. IWCity has 7 wholly-owned subsidiaries and 2 associates within the group. The Group has diverse portfolio of business ventures related to the Company’s core competencies in property. This include property development, property investment, construction and as well as property management. At present, IWCity Group’s main focus is on landed township development products.
IWCity was incorporated in Malaysia as public limited company under the name of Granite industries Berhad on 31 December 1968. IWCity was listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on March 1985. Subsequently, it changed its name to Tebrau Teguh Berhad on 10 July 2003. Due to completion of a corporate exercise, the Company has its name changed to Iskandar Waterfront City Berhad on 2 July 2014.
